Possible fuel pump issues. Need help

Bike-2009 ninja 650r. It sat for a long time as well
My cousin used seafoam in the tank to help with running issues. It did help.
Now sometimes the bike dies while riding, just like it was running out of gas. It then won't start until hours later after it sits.

Is there any testing I can do or should I replace the fuel pump?

Check the fuel filter?
All sensors OK and properly installed?
Vacuum leak in the air intake or throttle bodies that fools the flow sensor?
All electrical connections firm and free of corrosion?
Modifications to air filter or muffler?
Aspect of each spark plug?

The problem seems to be related to temperature of the engine: cold engine runs / hot engine quits.

Sensors=Looked okay
Vacuum Leak=wasn't able to get to throttle bodies, unsure how to remove airbox
Fuel filter=good
Connections=good
air filter and muffler=filter very dirty, exhaust stock
spark plugs=probably need changing
coolant=low and probably past 2 year mark
