LED turn signals on the mirror stem

I saw a zx6r parked at a shopping center over the weekend. He had some LED turn signals in the shape of a long diamond mounted right on his mirror stems. It looked pretty nice, almost like his bike had light up antennaes. Anybody know where I can get some of these LED diamond shaped mirrors? Thinking of doing this.

Tri - it wasn't like the mirrors in your link. The bike I saw had the LED's mounted on the stem of the mirror. So instead of seeing the bare metal stem, you saw an LED on each mirror stem. Kind of like eyes looking at you. I should have taken a picture of it.

It was similar to this one, but the LED was in the shape of a long narrow diamond. Just long skinny enough to cover the stem, but not overly big to cause drag.

Although I prefer the look of fairing mounted mirrors, these look really nice.

What would u do with the stock signal mounts?? You would end up with 2 holes in the fairings that IMO wouldnt look good unless u filled them with something

you could just keep them stock or get flush mounts. flush mounts are kind of hard to see from directly head on. so the signals on the mirror stem would solve that problem by making you stand out more.

I don't think anyone will want to be guinea pig for this, cause they're a lil on the expensive side.

Interesting design, but not exactly stream-lined, sure looks solid though. As far as fitting the 250.... I doubt it would bold on correctly without modification. The stem on the stock is straight, all the way to the bolts. The ZX10 mirrors look like they curve downward at the base. Theoretically, if you re-drill the mounting holes on the top of the little ear thing on the front cowl, it may work..... BUT you would have to figure out how to reinforce the mounting point. I doubt the original plate would work, so I'm guessing you would need to fabricate something. If you figure something out, it would make a great DIY project, and I would be happy to copy you

Well, I think since GT_Turbo thinks they're a great idea, GT_Turbo should step up.
