She has a halfway fit body, and a plain face. She's not even an exceptional driver. If she was a dude, you wouldn't even know his name. She's no more than a marketing tool, a gimmick.

You know, I love how people say that about so many photos of various people w/o ever having even a smidgen of proof, just their personal opinion. I was joking ! I think any chick who busts her butt to make even a half decent way in the motor sports industry is making a big move!

While Danica is not an accomplished NASCAR racer yet, she was a very good racer in the INDY Car racing series. She is the only woman to win a circuit race in a major racing series. The only other female winners and champions in motorsports are in drag racing. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think she's pretty cute.

Danica on the pole states she was faster than ALL other qualifiers in the Nationwide race. I'm not a Danica fan (because she gets too much attention) but I'm pretty sure she can drive circles around anyone (but me) on this forum.

She is a good looking woman - not a drop dead gorgeous model like the one in the new Fiat commercial. She is a decent driver - did well in Europe - but the fact she is a female really helped to propel her forward; it does come down to money and sponsorship. I thought she was hot when she was hosting on Spike, but never thought she would be a top driver in any form of racing. All that said, she might win a few races in the future, but nothing more. She will continue to be a marketing "tool" for some time.

She did finish, I think she was 50 or 60 laps down.

JPM was the hot point of the race.
