----------------- Saturday morning brought the first properly wet session of the season for the lightweight class and despite missing out on another chance at the top 14 ahead of qualifying, riders had plenty to do to get ready for a potentially wet race. Therefore, the soaking track saw action straight away and the fastest man through the damp patches was Celestino Vietti, the Italian nearly half a second faster than Ai Ogura. Raul Fernandez continues to show good speed regardless of the conditions, the Spaniard third and half a second off the leader.
