Long Island to Catskills

Leaving nassau before 9 saturday up to catskills and back same night. Figure 10-12 hours, 400 + miles.....the best roads NY has to offer. Meet up LI or anywhere along taconic up to 84, 84 or 17.
Gotta be OK cruise 75+...mountains roads much slower.
Good for north jersey guys too

I may be able to join you for part of the ride depending on timing. I'm in White Plains so I would join you somewhere along the intersection of I287 and the Sprain Brook Pkwy. If you end up in that area around 9:30 I can ride with you for about an hour and a half before having to turn back. The earlier you head out the better for me. Let me know

Thanks for the rsvp....as it turns out I picked up a bud and we're going further north Buuuut>>>> I do long-ish rides every weekend and if you're into 300mi+ days you'd be welcome to come. I do short stuff too....301, fahenstock park seasonal road.... stop at Bear Mtn on way back,,,,,really very close to you...but most of the rides are way north of 84 and into PA.
Next week I'll prob go back to catskills...check out google earth a....around the ashokan reservoir....the best roads i ever saw in NY
