I have a 2008 250R (one of the last ones sold in Georgia for that year and

11. fender eliminator (forget the brand - no cuts involved)

KKim should be credited with this idea, and I thought we should give it a go! I guess I will be the first guinea pig!!
My mods are:

1. Michelin Pilot power 150/60/17 and 120/70/17- for much better grip.
2. Yoshimura Full TRC and Factory Pro Jet Kit- for more umph
3. Yoshimura Rearset Adjusters- to get better leg positioning and weight shift.
4. Vortex links from 98 GSXR 750- raise rear for less rake and more clearance.
5. JT 15T counter sprocket- to give me less RPM's on highway.

That's it for the performance mods. I also have a Progrip tank protector and OEM seat cowl, which are self explanatory..and rear billet spools. Keep it clean! that's my motto! So, what has evryone elso done? I know there are many out there who have done much, much more! Kkim? Alex? Chime in anytime!

Great idea!

Here is my list...

1. Tank pad - To protect the tank from my jacket and zipper.
2. DIY rear fender chop - Cut down as I felt the stock one was too big.
3. License plate bolt LED's - When I cut the rear fender down I removed the stock tag light, to remain legal I wired these bolts in.
4. No-cut brake modulator - Flashes the rear brake when either brake is applied which warns drivers and makes more visible.
5. Battery tender lead - I keep my bike plugged in to a battery tender while not in use, this is also a 2nd fused power source when riding if I need to use my GPS and charge my phone.
6. Yoshimura carbon pipe & DynoJet jet kit - Previous owner of the bike installed for a little more umph.
7. Puig DB windscreen - Gets air up over me just enough to keep wind off my chest, now hits my helmet and goes right over.
8. Roaring Toyz risers - Sits me upright a little more for comfortable 3 point position.
9. Powerlet 12 volt outlet - Used to power my GPS or recharge my iPhone/iPad.
10. 15/42 gearing - Geared up for longer gears, less shifting and lower rpm's on the highway... 65mph is now 6500rpm, my best mod!!!
11. Pazzo Shorty adjustable levers - I prefer shorter levers as it's easier for me to use 2 fingers, also these are adjustable to be closer to the bars.
12. Wolo Bad Boy air horn - To have a better chance of being heard by cagers with their windows up and radios on.
13. SW MotoTech mirror wideners - Stock I had to tuck my arms in to see well, didn't want to have to do that for good visibility.
14. Trunk - Mounted a trunk to the stock rear seat pan to carry tools, gear, etc.
15. Throttlemeister - For longer trips I like to be able to relax my right wrist here and there, these bar end throttle locks do well.
16. Fuzeblock - Used to be able to cleanly and safely wire accessories to my bike.
17. Scorpio SR-i1100 rLink alarm - Use for mapping, gps tracking, alarm and a small insurance discount too.
18. GPS - Usually to find my way back home after we go on rides and start taking turns onto fun roads, lol.

Next...
New seat - Either a Corbin or a modded front stock seat to provide all day comfort.
