I don't know where to locate, it's N250 vs. N300

Did one already compare the suspension setup of the two newer Ninjettes?
If not, this is what I've found, besides the oil level of the front fork:
N250 = 108 +/- 2 mm
N300 = 100 +/- 2 mm

there are also the following differences:
Ninja 250R - Front -> Rake: 26 degrees, Steering Head Angle: 64 degrees, Trail: 82 mm, Wheelbase: 1400 mm --- Rear -> Shock Linkage Leverage: 2.06:1*
Ninja 300 --- Front -> Rake: 27 degrees, Steering Head Angle: 63 degrees, Trail: 93 mm, Wheelbase: 1405 mm --- Rear -> Shock Linkage Leverage: 2.10:1*

* based on Oehlins data for the stroke of the rear shock = 63mm (calculation = wheel stroke divided by shock stroke)

The lower the rake - the better is the handling (turn in),
the higher the trail - the better is the stability and the self-aligning torque of the front wheel after cornering,
the higher/longer the wheelbase - the better is the stability.

With comparing technical data and looking at more data sheets of the Ninjettes I found out the following (very interesting) information.
So the question is, is it easier to get more power from the Ninja 250 engine than it is from the Ninja 300 engine?
In my personal view with a look at the given technical data from both bikes - yes, it is...
