Took her out first time in 2013!
Installed my battery tenders and new battery
Banged through the gears and grinned

Took her out. Did the battery and battery tender kit
Polished her up. Didn't ride (come on , it's pink)

Oh and installed this:

Now they sit because tomorrow it's back to rain and snow again

Also took a good look at the bikes side by side and noticed my fuel lever was set to PRI.... Interesting. Must have come like that from the dealer. I never touched it. Soo today I turned it to ON and she starts better now

Hotaru: She lives -- got all the issues sorted out and she runs. Forks are in pretty bad shape, but I can at least now start making a decision on what I want to do (part out or trackinate).

Saturn: I did my 600 mile service and took off my stock bars, hope to have the woodcraft clip ons done installing tomorrow (ran out of daylight and my drill is worth bubkis). Need to take a sponge to her tomorrow to clean up the chain lube, that stuff goes everywhere.

Adjusted the clutch cable, cleaned and lubed the chain. Forgot to put the chain guard back on before my ride. Oops, guess it will probably need a bath.

Blue reflective rim tape, some of which will eventually need to be redone to look better. Also replaced the ABS stickers with the bit of leftover rim tape.

Clip ons + Pazzo Levers installed. Also figured out how my fairings go together -- the 300's fairings are stupid complicated. I think I may make a guide for myself and others on just what goes where. There's a lot of 'inside' screws and such that are easy to miss in particular.

I got all my ECU stuff worked out!! Turns out when I updated the computer program, it didn't install right. So the issue was never my ECU, it was my computer program.

Sad part is, I could have been riding the last 2 days because it's been 55 but I didn't want to start it because I was worried about the software on the ECU.

And now I have to wait 6-ish weeks to ride because I head back to school tomorrow. Oh well, at least I have an air box, a new s19 file on my ECU that fixes my backfiring/slow throttle ramp-on, and I have my newest tables all on there as well. The bike should be running well this summer.

I replaced my headlight bulb. At first I tried squeezing my hands in there without removing the front fairing but to my surprise removing the front fairing was not a big deal.

Mounted a new wait......used rear, front, or was it rear tire

Thanks to @Jiggles I now have his old NK1 front tire(aka the ****ing tire that won't turn) on the rear of my bike. I was going to flip the Rosso II but after dismounting it the center was so damn thin between my fingers I'm wondering if there's even any cords in it at all. I figured better safe then sorry and swapped it out at only 26 days and 2900 mile. I don't think this new/used tire will buy me a whole lot of time but its a test that's worth doing.

So jiggles how many miles are already on this tire and I still want that 140 rear for my next test.

Changed the fork seals and oil. Then rode to a local shop and bought some winter riding gloves. Hopefully no more frozen paws.

installed programmable BRT-dTIS, messed around with timing a bit. Did not get a good chance on commute today to feel her out cuz traffic, but feels smoother all around the rev range.

Nothing fancy as i don't know a whole lot about it and what is best, just the little i have learned from posts on this forum.

I set the entire line to 41 for the most part, and set from 9000-12500 to 42.
I'm running 93 pump gas with this currently.

My bike is still stock performance wise less the BRT but, have everything i need to do full exhaust, pod, ect... just waiting for the right day when i have some time to dig into it. I was getting the itch last night and figured the BRT was something i could throw in there pretty quick to get my fix.

On way home today from work i should be able to get a better feel for the changes, but then again it is Friday and traffic on Friday is unpredictable.
