Parting out 2008 Ninja 250r in SF

Hi all, I have a green colored 2008 Ninja that I am parting out. I planned to convert it to a track bike but I was laid off so decided to part it out while I job search instead.

I have everything except for the following which were sold already;
ECU
Fan
Seats
Headlight assembly
Front turn signals
Choke cable
Fairings (green front fender still for sale)

The tires still have +90% of life left (will check brand). The tank has minor dent.
I have a separate complete set of used beat up Attack race fairing available for sale as well. I'll try to take photos on the weekend.

I am based in San Francisco in case someone wants to buy the whole thing for less than a grand. I don't have the title paperwork from PO since I never intended to put it back on the street but VIN is clean if you want the frame. I plan to price based on eBay or lower + shipping.
