I am rooting for The 49’ers. The 49’ers are hungry and focused on a win.

Go, Chiefs! I don't follow football at all, but it's a pretty proud moment to be a Missourian tonight!

I watched the game with a bunch of Niners fans.... I was glad it was a decent game. And a couple of the commercials were great.

Yea I wasn’t impressed by the commercials or the half-time show.

Same here. I haven’t watched a super bowl since the packers played the chiefs. Around 1998. I used to watch nascar in the 90’s. I wish they would bring back true stock car racing. Something the average joe can relate to.
Like pro stock motorcycle... if you don’t race a Harley you can’t compete. When is the last time you saw a Harley out run a Japanese sport bike in the real world??? I want to see the same vehicle on the track as I can buy and drive to the race to watch it. Sure let them modify the stock parts, but most racing today is so far removed from real stuff, and they wonder why attendance and support is declining.

Oh, this was a football thread. Guess I kinda went out in left field there for a minute. Sorry, it’s still early in the morning

Actually that’s a very good prelude to the timing of the two “sports” because NASCAR begins right after Football ends. I agree that NASCAR should go back to its roots of true stock cars. Back in the day they had a saying “Race them on Sunday, sell them on Monday”.
One more thing I would like to see NASCAR do is race in the rain like most other motor “sports” do. Take off the slicks and put on some rain tires.

I used to love nascar... I watch the truck races now

Still a big drag race fan though
