Domino/Motion Pro throttle mounting?

Has anyone used either a Domino or Motion Pro throttle kit on their Ninja 300?

I'm wondering if the cables they provide with the kit are long enough to allow you to run the cables (where they exit the throttle housing) on the top of the handlebars instead of underneath like the stock throttle? Someone on another forum let me know that his Motion Pro Rev3 kit came with cables the exact same length as stock which only allows you to route the cables in the stock configuration. I need to move them to the top to allow room for a new master cylinder.

Thanks!
