Carb Float Problem
I have a feeling that i fiddled with the carb a little too much... a couple weeks ago i tried lowering the floats just a bit the lean out the low revs so the engine wouldn't bog down as much. but then the whole bike ran very lean and partial throttle was non exixtent. Then today i had time and tried raising the floats to richen the fuel mixture. After 3-4 times of ripping the carb out and raising the floats the bike still stumbles to get going and partial throttle doesn't work very well. i even tried adjusting the fuel mixture screws but it still does the same thing. Can anyone help me?

Like a lot of people on this forum I've jetted, shimmed, adjusted my mixture screws, and synchronized my carbs several times. However, I've never adjusted my ninja from the stock float heights. So I can't offer much advice. =( Is your bike already jetted/shimmed/etc. and the float adjustment was a final thing to perfect it? If so sounds like a carb sync is a good idea. You've probably already done that, but if not it might help a bit. Hopefully someone will jump in soon and offer some good advice!

Have you measured the height that the fuel reaches inside the bowls?
There is a narrow specification for that (+-2 mm I believe), which is hard to reach just by guessing.
