[visordown.com] - Prices announced for 2014 Z1000SX
 THE revised Z1000SX will cost £9,299, only £100 more than the current version, Kawasaki has announced. With ABS it will be £9,699 also up £100 on this year's price. The popular sports tourer has been given a number of revisions for 2014, including traction control with three settings, two power modes and new brakes and suspension. Engine tweaks have slightly improved on the current version's 135bhp and 81.1ftlb of torque, according to Kawasaki. A new luggage system does away with a pannier frame by using the grab rails and footrest hangers as mounts. The panniers will cost around £500 as an option on a new machine or £750 if added later, according to a spokesman.
