Problems with manometer
I have one of those Motion Pro manometers for syncing my carbs. It is a very nice tool to have.... but today I am very frustrated with it. For some reason a bunch of air got into the tubes, and I can't get solid columns of fluid to calibrate the manometer, or sync my carbs. Grrrrr!
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I was hoping I wouldn't have to do that.... but it is on order.

At first I thought you were having trouble proving your manliness .
In the DIY on carb-syncing, he describes the fluid as bubbly, so perhaps that is normal? It seems like under some vacuum, most liquids would be bound to cavitate at least a little. If it is still doing what you want, I wouldn't worry about it. http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=9754

You should not need to replace the fluid. Just pour it out into a container and slowly refill the tubes.

My fluid levels were always uneven, thus the adjustment screws were at opposite extremes. It will be nice getting it "reset."
I think I got a wee bit of condensation in the tubes too... that certainly didn't help the bubbles.
