Looking good, love the rim tape, but IMO the cowl would look better in flat/matte black.

Yeah but i'm unsure if you can paint blk plastic white? Bc its not like the cowl was painted blk, kawi used blk plastic.

scuff it and rattle can it with a flat or matte black... it'll come out fine. they have some of that paint thats specifically for plastic now.
you can probably do it white as well, but its harder to get a nice professional looking finish on a piece like that with glossy spray paint (don't think you'd want to do it flat white). scuffing it and a good primer is the way to go... you can paint it any color you want.
