Group ride Asia?

Wouldnt it be cool to meet up and have a ride in Asia, maybe the coast of Vietnam or Indonesia?

I plan on traveling more over the next couple years and this cracked me up

The Top Gear Vietnam special is one of my favorites, I think second only to the African one when Hammond gets Oliver.

But yes, that would be a wicked fun trip to just be able to pop over to anyplace, pick up a bike or scooter and start exploring.

If you come to Indonesia, I believe you will arrive to Bali? Please be aware that traffic is very different from the US. Here traffic is slower and the most roads are smaller compared to US, but the rule is laxer. Lane splitting is 'allowed' at all speed, and most drivers here expect riders will line split. Also bikes is not allowed to enter toll way, except if special lane for bikes is available.

Bali is a bit expensive, but many foreigner and the locals are used to interact with them. But many places other than Bali is good to visit too.

Ive been to Thailand and did a bit of ridding there.

I take it slow until I get a good feel for local driving practices.

I want to get an internship in Bali. But I really want to ride the coast of Vietnam and tour some more of asia by motorcycle.

Thank for the advice. If I ever get to Indonesia I will have to look you up!

I would love too. I started a new job in January so I need to see what they will allow me to do for time off.

What days exactly are you planning on being there?
