Are the aftermarket slip-on exhausts and front turn signals on eBay legit?

If you check eBay for Ninja 250R exhausts and/or turn signals, there are plenty of options. I want to buy both, but I worry about them being poor quality.

The slip-on exhausts I'm looking at are similar to this one: Ninja 250R slip-on exhaust on eBay.
The price kind of makes me iffy about wasting time on it, even though it says "30 day money back guarantee."

If anyone else has any suggestions for under $100, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I just googled some sound clips, make sure you have some hearing protection for any ride over 3 minutes.

Good luck exercising your 100% satisfaction guarantee with the folks in Hong Kong. If you're not satisfied will they pay for return shipping? I bought some "shorty" levers from Hong Kong. They were about $20.00 and didn't quite fit. With some modifications they are OK. There are only 3 attachment points for the Ninja exhaust, the two cylinder head flanges and the muffler attachment to the rear passenger peg. This would require a very snug secure fit of the header pipe and muffler - muffler cement won't cut it.
