Oil and Temp light on after low side
Here's the story. (Really it's a friend not me)
My buddy lowsided (left side) his 08 250 a couple of weeks ago. He comes by my house needing help replacing his rim. So we get that done and noticed that his Oil and Temp Light was on. He said that they came on after the crash but no oil was leaking. After riding the bike home, they eventually went off. He then changed his oil a week before he came to my house an put something like 2.5qt. Don't really know how much but i the sight glass was full when the bike was on the kickstand. That's about when he said both light came back on. I got the oil to i'ts propper level and everything seemed fine but the lights were still on. I didn't try to trouble shoot it cause he had to go but I wanted to see if you guys have seen this before. |
