What was it taken with? With dome devices, it may be geotagged with GPS coordinates where Google Street View may help!

At first I thought "where in the world are you gonna find that?" Then I remembered that a park near me had a speed limit sign that ended in 1/2mph. So I jumped up and headed over there. However when I got there it was gone and only an empty sign post was there.

I've seen crazier ones though like 13.5 mph and 33 1/3 mph (both in Nevada).
Next challenge = in front of a pink vehicle or bike. The body has to be mostly pink, so not a bike with pink accents.
