Unhappy Trouble refitting the rear wheel!

Hi,

I removed my rear wheel so the shop could replace the brake rotor for me, as the previous owner had rounded off the bolts, and I'm having trouble fitting it back on to the bike.
the problem is, when I fit the wheel the disk grinds on the pin that holds the larger of the brake pads in place. I have made sure the new pads are in the right place.
I'm sure I have the spacers correct, Looking from the back of the bike, the smaller one is on the left hand side and the one with the larger half is on the right hand side, between the wheel and the brake.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

Did you reset the piston in the caliper before you put the new pads on?

Are your slack adjusters facing the correct way?

This diagram shows the correct orientation

The pads are fitted correctly, and the brake rotor goes between the pads correctly, but it hits the pins which hold the larger pad in place, its almost as if the brake rotor is over sized by a couple of mm.

My adjusters dont look like those in the diagram, they fit inside the end of the swingarm. I left them in the swingarm when I took the wheel off to make sure i didnt loose them

It'll be easier if you take off the caliper before re-installing the wheel. 2 bolts & done. Then re-fit it when the wheel is mounted.

I finally got around to taking the caliper off, and I can now get the wheel back on, but I'm still having the issue with the Disk hitting the back of the caliper:

Does anyone have any ideas on how to sort this?
