Hi,

This is my first post and it is going to cost me money! I live in Colorado and my home is at 7000 ft. Not sure if Kerry has a jet kit that will work for me but I'm in for the $545.00 Full stainless system with 18" Carbon Fiber Muffler and a jet kit, if available. I'm in for the full system even if there isn't a jet kit available.

1. Redrider - 18in cf full system
2. Xoulrath - US$545.00 Full stainless system with 18" Carbon Fiber Muffler
3. V2Neal - $545.00 Full stainless system with 18" Carbon Fiber Muffler
4.ungluck - $545.00 Full stainless system with 18" Carbon Fiber Muffler
5. fderry - Full stainless system with 18" Carbon Fiber Muffler
6.

Thanks, Frank

At this point, I will get started on the info required to get this GB officially rolling. Whoever is on the list will be contacted shortly.

Mahalo, fellas!!!

For any others that may be interested, the GB is still open and will remain so until 31mar11, as stated in the original post. The offer will definitely be closed after that date, so if you want to participate, please commit yourself before that date by copying and pasting your name to the list.

Group buy is officially off and running as I just submitted an email to Area P with the six names and info on the list. You should be contacted by Area P, I would think, sometime in the next couple of days by email.

Thanks to those that were in this first submission. Here's to continued signups so we can end up with at least 10 total in this GB resulting in a contribution to Ninjette from AP.

Mahalo, guys!

please cut and paste for future signups...

1. Redrider - 18in cf full system
2. Xoulrath - US$545.00 Full stainless system with 18" Carbon Fiber Muffler
3. V2Neal - $545.00 Full stainless system with 18" Carbon Fiber Muffler

update-

Kerry, from Area P, will be in touch with each of you by email this weekend. He is away from his California business location at this time and will start on the GB once he is back at home.

I just wanted to relay that he has received the GB info and that everything is progressing, so not to worry.

I also need an o2 sensor bung welded on so I can use my wideband unit. Would this be something you can do before shipping it out to me?

Thanks,

kkim,

E-mail sent, thanks!!

kbryant,

Would it be possible to weld an o2 sensor bung onto the exhaust somewhere? Like perhaps a 5 inches before the mid-pipe meets the muffler? I would like to be able to data-log using my LM-2 wide-band unit. Currently, I have to remove my fairings in order to install/remove the o2 sensor, which I'm okay with if that's the only way to make it work, but if it could be more easily accessable, that would be awesome.

an O2 bung anywhere would be cool lol!! afr gauge would be nice for fine tuning..i can watch it while riding and selftune..then go to dyno and have sniffer compare to gauge for more accurate results.

Chris,

are you saying you want one added to the exhaust system that you are purchasing?

i thought it was a good question. to be honest..i could do it here at home..i have my own MIG still, the TIG is in storage still in VA..but i have access to a nice TIG. I mean, i am a fabricator/builder by trade(well..secondary trade)

i guess i meant i thought it would be cool and pretty neat if it came that way..but i'm more than satisfied with it as is.my apologies.

thank you sir, if more people want it and we get it in the GB...i won't say no!!

i would find it more appealing if it were hidden...cos a 3-4inch O2 sensor hanging off the side or the top..kinda ugly lol

If you do want one added, mention it to Kerry when he contacts you by email this weekend. I have no idea if there would be a charge for this or not, but it never hurts to ask.

That's too bad, Chris.

On another, more positive note, I can say Kerry is an absolute professional from my email correspondence and I am thrilled that I am getting an exhaust from this man. I know it will be of the highest quality. Based on the known performance of the system, and Kerry's business ethics, I highly recommend his company and its products.

Are you still short 1 or 2 ppl for the second batch? I ask because I will be ordering an Area P system by this next Friday, group-buy or not. I have a bike to repair and only a couple weeks before my next Wera SE race.

I'd like to save a few bucks and help out with the GB if I can.

Let me know when the second submissions will be made. I may have to drop and order via normal retail channels if it is beyond Friday 4/1

1. Redrider - 18in cf full system

Welcome, Shane.

After the first 5 signed up, and the minimum that Area P required was met, I have been submitting names to Area P as subsequent participants have signed up. Anyone signing up, after that first 5 minimum was met, is eligible for the GB discount.

Are you sure about participating? If so, I'll send you a PM about the GB info needed.

My only concern was a delay between commitment and the actual ordering. You have set that to rest. Please count me in.

I agree 100%. I think it is a great thing that Kbryant has done for both those looking to purchase this system and for the forum in general. I only wish I myself could have participated in the GB. However, the price and the system it's self is too rich for my own pocket book and interests. Although, I admit that you aren't going find a better deal, quality of product, and customer service any where else.

I am hoping that in the near future we might be able to put a GB together on an after market 'Plug 'N Play' exhaust.

Thanx again Kbryant!

So I have until next Thursday to decide if I want to take the plunge?

Gosh, I just paid off the bike and my credit cards too! I understand the exhaust will work fine with the stock air box, but much better if I pull the stock air box and use the KN air pods instead? Decisions, decisions.
