fuel gauge light doesn't work.

so i take my 08 ninja 250 to get the carbs cleaned. But when i get it back, the fuel gauge didn't work at all so i took it back and they fixed the fuel gauge. (they told me that they didn't plug in the plug all the way) But when it got dark i found out the light on the gauge wasn't working. could it be the bulb or could it be something else?

It's probably coincidence it happened at the same time but I'd say its just your bulb is out. I forgot to plug my fuel level sensor in once and my gauge didn't work.
