SoCal: 1995 EX250 for sale! (lots of pics)

hey guys, I have a 1995 Kawasaki Ninja EX250 for sale. I don't really want to sell but my car is in need of some help and I could use the money

Pros:
clean title in my name
has all fairings in decent shape for age
~8500 miles
good tires
new plugs
oil is still ok
newer petcock as old one was rusted out

Cons:
won't idle correctly after it's warmed up a bit(will still idle but either be too high or too low) [possible valve clearance issue?]
fuel tank is really rusty on the inside
seat is a little ripped where it slips under the tank
bad battery, still starts but battery dies if cranked too long
previous owner drilled out fuel cap key hole
wind screen missing some screws.

and as far as price; I'm asking $850. could probably make that back if it was parted out.
