Down a bit from last week at $3.44 here in Jax, FL.

Anyway.
Alex, Ill contend that the price of a barrel of oil will trickle back down to the mid $80 a barrel range. Maybe even upper $70's for a good bit of time to help Japan get its feet back on the ground. That would translate to $2.50 a gallon gas. IF WERE LUCKY.

**************Market close update**************

Wholesale unleaded was down to $2.80 down 15 cents today. That = $3.40 at the pump here in Illinois after the long trickle down of 2 pennys a day. It will take a week or 2 but we might just get back to $3.35 lol

haha oops, had a feeling 1 gallon was equal to 1.6L...

will be over $1.50/L here soon! (around $5.70/gal) wish we had cheap fuel here, can't believe some of you are complaining about your cheap fuel prices

Looks like Utah is the place to be.

What would be more meaningful is something that shows average miles driven in relation to prices and to average income. Gas could be $1 a gallon but if the average miles driven was 2700/month and the average income was $4/hour it'd be much more expensive than places where it's $7 a gallon but only 600 miles a month with average income of $22/hour.

Was a bit cheaper Monday on base, so we filled the truck up(most times I just do 40 bucks, unless where heading on road trip). Seems like the wife always leaves it on empty for me

On the way home everyone is 3.79. Now if I wanted some gas, Iam sure it would have been 10 cents higher.... That crap sucks!! I went to the doctor the other day, seen some cheap gas on the other side of the hwy. Thought will go to my appt and hit up that station on the way back. 30 cent higher... Always my luck!!!

My last two fill-ups were at $3.91 and then $3.83. That is for premium in the ZX the two times I have put gas in it so far. My last fill up for the 250 was around $3.50 regular about a week and a half ago.

The cheapest I saw Regular for (in SC) last Friday was 3.55, that same place was 3.59 on Saturday. SC is not too bad. I believe it is .16 per gallon in taxes here, but in GA I heard on the radio it is at .21. Not sure about NC. The highest I saw was 3.69 for Regular, but I am mainly looking for the lowest price, so I may have missed one that was higher.

Man...you guys are complaining? Gas up here is $1.35/Litre....that translates into like $5.00+ per gallon.

I'd kill for gas that's under $4/gallon right now....
