the "I" Upgraded or added a bike thread (pics only)

Hey so this thread is for the members who bought a Ninja 250 and then purchased another bike either to replace the 250 or to just have a second bike. This thread is also for the people who decided to get a ninja 250 in addition to their larger bikes.
I will start it off,
Rode my 08 ninja 250r for about a year but on around 5000 miles after taking the Motorcycle course. Purchased this ninja 636 during the winter so that I got a good deal, Still have the 250r thus far.

Not even a thread. It's an entire sub-forum. And just because it says "Ex"-ninjetter's lair, doesn't necessarily mean that you don't have a ninjette anymore, just that you got a different bike.

TWO Harbor-Freight stands?! I mean, they're cheap enough, but are you expecting them to need simultaneous service? It probably would've made more sense to buy the other one with the front fork adapters as your second HF stand. It was the same price.

OR he could just paint it like he did his 250. It turned out so nice, why not?

Oh. IIRC, he found that it negatively impacted resale value or something.

Got a killer deal on a new '09. Couldn't keep the 250 due to other economic pressures.

Nearly 500 miles on my new toy now!

LOL well i have one for when I am at school and one for when i am not I am also getting the fork spindles so I can use the spool type stands to prop up the front, kinda wanted both stands to match. and yes lol they are cheap enough.

yeah it didnt really negatively affect the sale its just that dealers were a bit turned off but I have clear coated i now so it should be good to go once someone comes thru on their offer. the only reason I painted the 250 was the body work wasnt good but the new bike is fine and just needs a bit of touching up
