November...

...and it was near 70 today in Omaha, rode almost the entire day. The 250 treated me great today...almost got run over by a car coming down a road that was small but that was easily avoided.

Today will probably be the last day I ride this year unless I can find some good winter gear for cheap!

I can't wait till it warms up again next year...this bike is so much fun to ride! I managed 80 mph on route 6 today without any issues...good times!

Wish I knew some people local in Omaha to talk bike stuff with, would help me cope with some of the stresses of new riders; ah well.

We're having some below normal temps right now. Today it was only around 70 deg. And it's been chilly at night. Nov is a great time for riding in SE Texas. I don't ride much in the summer-too hot. If it's over 90, I try to find an air conditioned building and stay there

already getting ice on the roads in the morning here. Also dont have much time before the condo complex rules require that i have the bike off the property/stored.

Trying to find a friend who will let me plunk the bike in their garage since paying for a storage spot is out of the budget thanks to alot of unexpected repair bills on another vehicle
