Galfer Solid Mount Wave Rotors

Anybody have any experience/input with these rotors for the 08-12 models? Thinking about getting a set.
I seen the review that someone did for the pre-gen. They may also be a replacement for the Ninja 300 rotors as well.

I've got a set on my race bike. No real difference from OEM. After a hard race weekend at Sears Point they were warped just like the OEMs would do, if you're going to be racing with these I'd suggest just getting the floating rotors.

Anything short of racing with them, they'll be just fine.

Review: Galfer Solid Mount Wave Rotors

I got these rotors a while back and finally installed the front yesterday. So far it performs pretty good. Still a little cold outside to get a good feel of how they do in the heat and during extended riding. It's paired up with some EBC HH pads, so I'm not expecting to much of a difference in performance over the OEM rotors. They look amazing comapared to the OEM rotors and cost less.

Well hearing that aftermarket rotors do not do much I guess I will pass
on this Nassert Beet I was looking at here

I just added EBC HH pads to my 2013 250 SE & they seem fine although they are still bedding in
I was just thinking about this oversized rotor when I saw this post

Oversized floating rotors are a whole different animal!!!!

I'd have jumped on those if they were here. I'm neck deep in my 6 piston Tokico or I'd start over with that rotor and a new bracket for my 4 or 6 pot calipers.

Larger diameter give you more leverage over the wheel and floating means the brake area can heat and expand at its own rate, not involving the carrier. Less warpage. All good stuff.
