The bottom end of the ninja 250 is very well made. The people I talk to say it is good to over 60 hp per rod. That is based on the power they got from the old 500 four. it all depends how you apply the power. Turbo boost comes on gradually and will not shock things. I try to ease the nitrous on to save the clutch.

But the drag race guys I know slam the power on the motors and they have been doing it for years, With a lock up clutch and wheelie bars big fat slick tires. Most problems are rod and piston failures. But they are not playing with a 26hp motor from a learner bike.

personally I have only had valve problems. And that was because of the Boss Noss Junk I tryed to use in 2011.

You also have to be sure the muffler bearings match the turbo and crank bearings otherwise you end up with an unbearable mess.

Different bearing types have different oil pressure readings. You just need to make sure the turbo requirements match.
Getting oil to AND FROM the turbo is critical. If you mount the turbo in the wrong position you can have problems.
