Vinyl Wrap Vs. Plastidip
What's are the pro's and con's of both of them?

Having used both, with vinyl, you get some bubbles. Even if you use a heat gun. With plastidip, it is hard to clean, if you rub against it , it will sort of leave a smudge. Hard to not scratch it, last the most 4 months, then will need to be redone, to look good !

Is weight a big concern with plastic dip?

No weight is no issue, it's just a bit thicker than vinyl, after the recommend two coats, of plasti dip !

Once you get past the difficulty of a good application, a vinyl wrap is going to be a lot more durable.
If done properly (edges cleaned and wrapped over) the vinyl looks just like paint, and can be washed without lifting. Plastidip isn't going to give you that. |

plasti dip can be power washed without coming off. Its very cheap, easy to apply and easy to remove (when you want it to). Spend 8 dollars on a can and try it on something. if you dont like it you can peel it off
