Need help 2017 ninja 300 ignition switch

Someone tried to take my bike a few days ago and the messed up my ignition switch bad, my question is could I drill the ignition switch so I can take off the triple tree. Please any help would be appreciated

Traditionally, the upper triple must be removed and flipped somewhat backwards to reveal iggy switch mount bolts. I believe yours will be affixed with 2 torx bolts from the underside.
If not done already...if switch has been mauled, I'd suggest removing the cables from battery terminals before getting into attempting removal. This to avoid any weird electrical occurrences.

Hi Timmy, sucks what happened to your bike. I think process is other way around, you need to remove triple-T clamp first, then flip it over to drill out ignition switch. Here's a guide on how to remove ignition-switch:

You can buy OEM replacement easily used or new. Will also work with your original key, just have to take both to locksmith to re-key it. Will also get the required anti-theft resistor built into the switch (aftermarket ones don't have it).
