Hmmm... I made one for my Interceptor about 25-yrs ago. I recall just measuring distance between 4-corners and drawing picture onto 8mm aluminium plate and having machine-shop cut it out for me. Then cut a square out of fender and bolting it in from underneath the brace.

Interesting.... I need to look up the rules for 250 Prod... might be able to sneak one in...
I wonder if overlaying existing fender with sufficient layers of carbon-fibre would work...

People do complain about the front being a handful at the limit with Alpha-13 tyres. I scored a set of Alpha-13 SP thanks to Bruce! Might try an SP in front with regular A-13 in rear and see how that works. Maybe in conjunction with brace would be even better!

if i get a print or get my local machine shop to make a prototype a group buy could be in the works.

On my Interceptor, I replicated the factory brace with thicker flat bar stock. Then cut out a channel in fender to bolt it in from underneath. Imagine flat piece of metal 3x thicker.

However, the ninjette doesn't have any bosses to easily bolt on brace. We'll have to clamp it around outside of sliders. Here's Telefix unit.

Would be easier to have solid centre section between fork tubes. Then just bolt in end-caps. All we need to measure is:

- outer diameter of fork sliders
- their center-to-center spacing

Do you have Solidworks? I guess any 2D drawing programme would work.

The material around that back inside-corner looks really thin...
