Will the 300 front end fit on the 2008-2012 250?
Looking for parts. Are the forks the same/interchangeable?
Are the triples the same? Are the brakes the same? Are the wheels the same or interchangeable? (My friend was on a 300, I was on my 250. We swapped bikes during a track day yesterday and he crashed my bike. The forks and triples are bent. We're looking at options to get me up and running by this weekend, and one option involves taking parts off of his bike.) |

Don't have an answer for you re fit, but IIRC they changed the damping on the 300. If it does fit, it'll feel different.

The forks fit, the only difference is the oil level:
N250 108 +/- 2mm N300 100 +/- 2mm The rims are different (speedo-cable) and the same is about the rotors (5 vs 6 screws). Everything else should be interchangable. |

The brake calipers between the carb type and injected model is different. The pads look similar, but don't fit.
