Alex, Is there a way to get all the pins to offset each other? They seem to overlap if you put in the exact same thing. Like if 5 members input San Jose, CA we only see one pin instead of 5 in the same region.

Not as far as I can tell. To find out everyone within a certain area, just click search on the map, then click on the map location at the bottom of that advanced search box, and choose within 20 or 30 miles or so from where you click. When you hit search, it will bring up that part of the map, and list all of the people in the right box. Then just click on the usernames and it pops up where they all are. If two or more people happen to be right in the same place, you will still be able to see them individually there depending on whose name you click on.

I live near Glenwood Elementary/Honey Bee Golf course. I go past your location sometimes on my way to/back from Greenbrier. Sometimes I will come back via Elbow Road just cause it can be fun if there isn't much traffic.
