check out our Ninja 250 & 300 parts at:::: Http://www.OEMninjaparts.com

I'm interested in the fairing piece surrounding the instrument cluster if it's undamaged.

@tfkrocks Looks fine in the pictures, I don't see how it could be damaged, haven't seen the bike yet though. Consider it yours if its in good shape. I'll get back to you by the weekend with the price.

Yes indeed. We did not win that SE however. Ran out of money! Want it? for $2400 it can be yours! Salvage title, very minor scratches to left and right, minor impact to front, headlights are probably cracked, front fairing cracked, front stay probably needs to be replaced. I could be picked up in the New Orleans area, or I can assist with shipping (www.uship.com).

If anyone wants this bike let me know asap, someone else is bound to buy it in the next day or two.

You win some you lose some... Cheap cheap cheap is the key word for my project, can only portion out so much at a time for frivolous pursuits

I know you said the left side was damaged. Was the left belly pan fairing badly damaged? I'm okay with some minor scratches.

Hurm.... Any chance of letting us know any other auctions you stumble across? For the low low price of a salvage title, I don't mind tinkering.

And i really shouldn't ask as i don't have money, but... What might you be pricing the muffler and heat shield at?

I will most likely not be offering complete bikes (other than this particualr one) until my own inventory of 300 parts is full. Once I have a overflow of parts, I will start offering both stripped down race bike builders and fix-it-yourself salvage bikes at low prices.

Pending condition inspection, the muffler and heat shield will be sold for $80 shipped.

Umm, that is a very good question, I haven't yet seen the bike in person. I do not expect that it is badly damaged. I will post better pictures in this thread friday afternoon after we retrieve it from the salvage yard (and I give it a bath (-: )

The problem is you need to have a dealers license in order to be able to purchase the bikes from these auctions, so thats where we come in as the middle man.

Lemme see how much funds I have after I order stuff I need vs stuff I want. I do so like those 300 mufflers though....

Rebecca, if the tires have low miles and are in good shape, I would price them at $120 shipped for a set.

Dan,
how much for the chain gaurd/hugger? Can you verify if it will bolt up to the 08-12 swingarm mounts?

Ill take a look and compare the two tomorrow when I get the white bike back to the shop. This will be our first opportunity to dissect a 300. Very exciting stuff.

Looks like this will be priced around $25, and yes I literally have a 4 foot tall stack of 08+ 250 swingarms sitting next to me, I can verify it mounts up.

Any way I can call dibs on it, or do I just need to be lucky and grab it first once it's posted on the website? Like I said the condition doesn't matter to me (as long as it will still click in and out with the key and has some metal to attach stuff to).

Awesome! I used to drive up the Cuesta grade to the In-N-Out on San Anselmo Rd quite frequently when I lived in San Luis Obispo. I grew up in Orange County but came up to this area for school and now I don't want to leave lol. I definitely prefer the weather on this side of the grade though...that Atascadero/Paso heat is crazy in the summer time.

You can part it out yourself to make money for more mods!
Looks good aside from that one minor scuff on the top tip of the belly pan.

Not sure, I can compare the two this weekend if you still need me to.

Rims are straight, only damage is about 6 inches of rash to the left of the front rim, no dents. If you're still in need let me know, clearer pictures have been posted.

Doesn't even look that bad! Lowside on the left, scuffed up the plastics, lost a mirror and bent a handlebar. Love how "protected" the Ninja 300 is in terms of fairings vs. exposed parts, that crankcase cover doesn't even look scuffed.

Did you give it a whirl? Aside from the bent handlebar, does it track fairly straight?
