Don't! I'm a big fan of blank canvases (white vehicles) with just a hint of color, just like your wheel stripes!
If you really want to remove them just use a hair dryer and maybe some goo gone. |

Dunno about over there in the states, but over here they're going to start selling the white 250R next year (at a whopping €5000!!!):

The USA is getting this one for 2011
 It looks more noticeably white in person than in the pic.

Yeh I almost wasn't going to do a custom white for that reason.
But Australia isn't getting the white 250! If I hadn't done this myself, I would be so pissed at Kawasaki right now |
