I'm not sure if I've seen the stickers or not. I probably will now that I know what it's all about.

I am actually a DEAD ON fit for Dainese Women's Size 42. To the point that when I went in to get a custom suit I was told unless I want another feature (e.g. colors, logos, etc.) that there is no reason to do it since my measurements all came in exactly matching that size.
