Arrow How To Change Directions With Precision

"Your ability to quick-turn your bike to the proper lean angle even a quarter of a second faster can make the difference between hitting a wheel-bending pothole—or a car entering your lane—or avoiding it and carrying on with a self-satisfied grin of accomplishment. Work on it." - Keith Code

In the article Keith makes a good point about ability to quick turn the bike and the benefits of being able to do it. How do you go about actually getting it done?

If you are currently turning the bike slowly, how do you improve on that and turn it quicker?
