How long is the ninja?

Can anyone measure their ninja for me please.... 2cnd generation please. I need to buy a storage unit and they either have a 5'x5' section or a 5'x10' The difference is like 20 or 30 bones a month so...meh. Thanks for the help! -Dave

P.S. Im in the final straightaway I have the cash just need to buy my insurance online and buy this storage place.

the website lists the wheelbase at 55.1 inches - but that doesn't include the rear fender appendage that you'll probably hack off

And wheelbase is measured only from front axle to rear axle, so overall bike length should be significantly more than that.

It's 7ft long. If you cut the fender to the lp light its about 6ft 5in. The wheelbase is 55in but remember that is axle to axle. I just took all the dimensions and put them in a graphic program and the bike will not fit into a 5ft x 5ft space unless it's in pieces. Get the 5ft x 10ft and have room to spare.
