A "complete" EFI system would have to include a fuel pump.

What kind of fuel pump does this system use? Would you just substitute a fuel tank from an F.I. EX-250, so you get the in-tank fuel pump? Are the fuel tanks interchangeable between the later models of the EX-250?

I was using an external walbro 255lph pump with a aeromotive 1:1 FPR

You can use the 250 FI tank and pump or if the ninja 300 tank will bolt up use that.

Plain and simple like every other standard EFI system you need a constant 44psi of fuel pressure.

I've done 2 fuel injection conversions: the first was on my 2005 EX-250 and the second is on my 1993 Suzuki GSF400 Bandit.

On both of these projects I used the Honda TRX500 Rancher four-wheeler fuel pump. It's a very good external fuel pump, and priced pretty cheap too.

Hey, I hate to be OT, but I've not heard from you in a while since you started the project on your GSF. any walk-through's on your youtube channel or anywhere on the web I can follow for good reading material?
