Two thumbs up for Otterbox
I was given a Defender case after my cousin upgraded from the Galaxy S2 to the S3. Its a couple years old and a few days I broke off a little piece of plastic where the the two shell pieces clip into each other, but since there's about 6 of them and silicon cover slips over its not that big of a deal and its still just as protective and useable. I still thought I'd contact them and see what's up.
The whole warranty process is painless and done online, at no point do they ask you for a receipt, just the date of purchase (which I had to make up because I have no clue) and a few pictures of the case and the damage. A day later I got an e-mail that a new one is on the way. That's what I call customer service and standing behind your product... A brand new $60 case, no questions asked and you don't have to send back the broken one, it doesn't get any better than that.

I have a new clip for my Otterbox on the way too. AT&T does a similar thing. They have a 1yr warranty on anything they sell, if there is a warranty issue with your product they hand you a new one in the store, and yes it applies to otterboxes as well.
