Front end wobbles

So. I was riding the other day with my roommate and he and I both noticed my bike seemed to be a little "shifty" in the lane I was traveling. It was mostly due to crosswinds I thought but later I let go of the handlebars to adjust myself after a nice pothole and the bike tried to pull to the right. Hard. Could this be an alignment issue? My back tire seems to be on straight, but my chain is really tight. Could that have anything to do with it?

Pulls to the right. Two issues that come to mind.

Either
1) Your forks are twisted in the triples. Jack the front up, loosen the triples, kick the wheel a few times, and then tighten the clamps back up. Try this first.

Or
2) Your head bearings are shot. You have a couple options here. Either replace with OEM bearings, or install tapered roller bearings.

I guess it could also be because of your rear wheel alignment. Double check that. I like to use the string method.

Definitely adjust the slack of your chain. Too tight can be a serious issue. When adjusting the rear wheel, remember that the left side is to adjust chain slack, the right side is to align the wheel.

Yeah I'm going to check my alignment. I'll update when I get done. I'm about to replace my wheel bearings I guess I should go ahead and order my steering bearings, too.
