"Quit smoking" products are just like "Get rich with these 10 steps" products. They won't help most people who use them. Except for that one guy who bought the get rich in 10 steps vhs then came up with a idea: nicorette.

I quit probably 15 years ago, stopped cold turkey from being a 2 pack a day marlboro man. Once you're over the 3 day withdrawal period is gets easier but still remains a struggle. I remember having cravings for up to a year after quitting. Not constantly, just periodically. Haven't touched them since the day I decided to quit though.

Well done to everyone who has quit.

No smoking cigs or green but I don't have a problem with those who do. Same goes for drinking. I never drink but my place in GA is where all my friends would chose to bring a case and drink.

Way to go that's exactly how I was.
Just got sick of it and quit smoking after years and years.

My body always feels so much better now.

Don't feel so tired all the time and don't get headaches and stomach aches half as much. I'm more hydrated and I can run a hell of a lot more and don't get tired as easily! Here's to two years cig free on August 9th!

My sister and I strongly considered getting tickets but we couldn't work it out on Sept 6 or 12 and I had to go.

I was going to dress up like him in hopes that I would get on the air.

6 mos. clean...had been smoking for 27 years. The crap is getting too expensive and really don't like the smell of it when its on the clothes. After a coworker goes and have a cig I can smell it on them when they return...nasty!!!

I never smoked before, but I think some of them smell really good. Unlike when I walk past a cigar shop I try not to gag.
