Sick

I haven't been home sick in a long time. I have been home injured, but not sick. It has been quite a while. My wife seemed to have given me the gift of sickness this week. YAY. I can't thank her enough. hahaha

I think I would rather be at work than be home sick. So if I drone on and on while on the board today, I must say that it is the meds. They make me a bit light headed...so I act weird. haha

On a side note: I really really hate having clogged ears...

It doesn't help that my wife packed up just about all the DVD's we owned to prep the house for when we move. So there are practically no DVD's to watch. So I'm suck with DVR, a few DVD's, internet and books to hold me over today.

yay. I've read so many books over the past month, I'm surprised I still want to read... hahaha

LOL ouch....that's just cruel. Reading is okay I suppose...but I'm not a big reader. Especially when I'm sick enough to have to stay home, where I'm probably dizzy from either the illness or the medication.

Well, at least you've got the internet. I lost 3 hours yesterday to watching youtube vids of canadian forces soldiers undergoing "gunfighter training". I'm not even sure how that happened as I wasn't all that entertained. I may have been abducted by aliens....

I know, feeling a bit dizzy from that and the meds. I'm just trying to get myself healthy ASAP. I have a mountain bike race this Sunday. I want to be well for that. I hope to see an improvement tomorrow or Thursday. Gotta be well by Sunday, or I'm racing feeling less than 100%. I'm hard core I guess. Hahaha
