Ducati 999r ninja 250 mod

http://www.davisracingteam.com/ducati999ninja250

I'm pretty sure this has made the rounds at ninja 250 forums (found this quite a while back).

I was never really that big of a fan of the pregen 250 tail. I think mostly because of the long seat itself. But in that setup, it looks great. I've looked at this site many a times, but today I noticed something; the pic where he's sitting on the bike. His knee is touching the edge of the fairing. The bike looks like it's completely unrideable like that. Kind of a shame, 'cause that's a great looking body mod (IMO).

I bet that bike is twice as fast as a stock 250.

I've never understood why people do up bikes and cars, and make them look like better and faster (and more expensive) bikes and cars. It's just silly. We all know it's not a Ducati, just like we know your 89 escort with the muffler hanging off, isn't a Cosworth, despite that "awesome" rattle can job.

I'd say the fact that it made the bike look a million times better is reason enough. He just happened to have a Ducati fairing.

Now, if I had that one, I'd have to order the Sportisi single-sided swingarm setup and switch to a J-bike triple!
