Blind consumerism is bad.

I'd love to get a handy lift for my garage, but I can't justify the money right now. There are knock-offs from China being sold for about 75% of the price, but I also can't justify sending my money across the pond when the Handy company has spent time and money perfecting their product, and employs people here.

True, they outsource jobs and then get tax breaks for it. The whole system is messed up and corrupt so buying a few more things from China won't make a difference. lol I've bought a lot of stuff non motorcycle related from china and have almost always been very impressed with it. Bike related I got LED signal/mirrors 2 for $25 and they are great. Also got flush mount LED turn signals 2 for $10. Sometimes they make great quality stuff for half the price it would cost here.

You guys do realize that these armored suits are designed either for riding dirtbikes or to be worn under something that will resist abrasion. I wouldn't ever want to go sliding down the pavement with only one of those one.
