Mostly NY , northeast...Carvel Ice cream stores
Carvel used to have their own cattle farm:
Cows= cream = ice cream This is what's left of it. The mountains in the distance are where NYC drinking and toilet water comes from, mainly. |

I love Carvel. I read they had to close the farm due to NY methane regulations. Oh well, now I love steak.

Methane ....no ****...I didnt hear about that.
NY is def an eco-freak place...the feds close hundreds of acres of beach front so the piping plovers can nest, close horse trails that have exsted for 100 years because the horse might piss near the lake....my daughter has equestrian prop maybe 1/2 mile from a lake....can't dig in ground without permit. Yet...wanna bet that fracking will be OK'd. |
