Whose bike is this? Single-sided swingarm, dual discs, Ducati-tail, etc.

OK, who's bike is this?!

Red with lowered front, upgraded forks, clip-ons, dual-disc front brake, flush-mount turn signals, single-sided swingarm with hugger, deleted passenger pegs, red chain and sprockets, adjustable shock, aftermarket rearsets, and various other trim bits and bobs (aluminum frame caps, rim tape, shiny coating on side panels and gauge shroud, frame sliders, tank pad, levers, windscreen, etc)

That Ducati tail looks a bit different than the pointy one I've seen from Indonesia. I want!

Such a beauty. I have the same ducati tail on my ninja, except green. I'll try posting pics later when I get my sister's camera.
not sure who's it is though!

fyi any and every heavily modded 250 is from indonesia

there is a shop out there that specializes in putting super sexy stuff on 250s scooters and other 2 wheeled vehicles

i think sportisi has a couple bikes floating around the interwebs that they built
you can ask ztrack or sportisi themselves

Ninjette.org flash page. Perhaps someone can run it through Tin Eye and see what turns up. I can't do it from here (work).

*snip*
Unlike the OP, that tail is hook-like and has a seat.

question... would the parts that fit the 250 bikes in Indonesia fit our 250's here in the states? and I'm talking body parts, like the undertail.

I have a friend living in Indonesia, and another I see every now and than here in the states... i thought maybe they could source parts over there for me, provided it didn't cost an arm and a leg to ship them state side. Got to say I'm liking how that rear end looks

ask ztrack159 on this forum, he is state-side and i believe he has a ducati tail for the 250
last i checked he got back the one he sold b4, but not sure if he still has it or resold again

he should also know how much shipping is since he's the liaison/US vendor for sportisimoto (indonesian company)

He only imported one and sold it to Tiggen in Canada, who installed it (didn't ship it back AFAIK). He said he wouldn't be importing any more of those.

I'll forward the link to my friends and see if they can translate, unfortunately the thread is over a year old... so sourcing the ducati undertail maybe a lost cause, but what the hell.....

I see. I had asked him for one before Tiggen but he had a green bike and the first one Matt could source was green. Because of that I got bumped to second in line but because it cost him so much to import he decided not to do it again and I missed my chance. If I knew it was available again I would have bought it and had it painted. AFAIK, it's the only one in North America.

why dont you ask matt if he still has it on hand and if he's willing to sell it to you

or you can just find a fiberglass guy and have him retro fit a normal duc tail

the translation for that indo forum thread is basically just saying he wants to sell the bike for 42 million Rp.

no info about the duc. tail

if no one is able to find a source for it, i could have a look into it~

for the actual suspensions etc. they spend a fortune on those mods. just recently someone chaged both the back swingarms and front suspension with double disc, etc. and spent about 3.500 US$

a little insane in my books, lol

Because I ended up buying an undertail from him and an integrated tail light to go with that. Half the reason I wanted it was to kill three birds with one stone (undertail, cowl, and fender eliminator). I'm workin' on the cowl next.
