I've since bought a new helmet and gloves to better match my lime green bike, I decided the "Christmas gone wrong" color scheme wouldn't be my best look.

Kept the camera still, took two pictures. Moved bike and model. Combined both pictures as individual layers in photoshop.

Bike and girl never moved other than from her waist up. Two pics were taken but from the same spot without moving her (look at her shoelaces). My guess is they just shopped the second pic on top of the first.
