once we build the swing arm, we're sticking the old ninja shock on it.

you're right. we're new to welding and they don't look like perfect tig welded dime puddles, but they're more than strong enough. this is just a test frame we're learning with and have tried breaking it... it's strong as hell. besides most of the welds you see on non-high-end stuff looks about as bad. (the ninja 250 frame comes to mind...) they just cover it up with grinding or bondo in the places they need it to look good.

still need to finish the engine mounts, build a new swing arm so it doesn't sit so ridiculously (that swingarms some cheap POS thats falling apart... just for mock up purposes), find some real wheels and attach the folding foot pegs we made. frame design didn't really turn out anything like what was planned, but its just a learner frame... maybe next time

That's actually turning into something pretty cool Alex! Can't wait to see the finished product.

chinese clone of a honda 2 stroke 50cc cubby with the shittiest CVT known to man- engine is PNP with a nice CF reed block with real crank bearings instead of those pieces of **** they ship with, big cr race carb. puts out about 5 or 6 hp on a cool night.
