Hero 2 allows you to record in any angle. It has all the same resolution videos though. For $160 more, its no where close to being worth it

I just recently bought the HERO2 and was thinking about buying this as well for another camera angle.. but yeah it's sold out lol kept me from spending the money!

if you want a point and shoot camera I'm sure you can find one cheaper that also has a screen

Well I plan on using it for videos and taking stills from it too so I see it being well worth the value and it's just now that the original ones are being sold for so cheap.

Same here. The Bluetooth capabilities of the Looxcie and some Contour cameras is the closest I've seen to the WiFi functions it has. Needs full DVR with instant upload features.
